I am an experienced Person-Centred Counsellor specialising in supporting individuals through the profound grief of pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, and termination. I understand that there is no “right” way to grieve, and my role is not to fix your pain, but to walk alongside you in a safe, non-judgmental space where your feelings can be acknowledged and honoured.
My approach is deeply rooted in the Person-Centred tradition. This means I believe that you hold the answers within you, even when you feel lost. My job is to provide the conditions that allow you to process your unique experience at your own pace. Whether you are navigating the immediate shock of a loss, the complex emotions of a subsequent pregnancy, or the lingering silence of a grief that others don’t seem to understand, I am here to listen without agenda.
