I’m an integrated counsellor and therapeutic coach. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals through the pain of infertility, pregnancy and baby loss, and post-natal depression. I have experience of working with grief, life transitions and peaceful parenting; alongside a range of issues.
I believe strongly in the transformative power of talking therapy: connecting with another human in a confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental space.
I previously volunteered at City Pregnancy Counselling and Psychotherapy and have also volunteered at Cruse Bereavement Care. I have trained in ante-natal education so have a solid understanding of the world of pregnancy and the perinatal period.
I have also trained with Dr Laura Markham in supporting parents adopting a Peaceful Parenting model of parenting. I am passionate about the huge benefits to families of a calm, regulated approach to bringing up children.
